Returns and Exchanges

＊Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases and should we receive contact from the customer within seven days of the product arriving.

■ The product received is different to the product ordered

We will only exchange unused products. We will pay for the postage costs incurred in returning the product.

■ The customer has decided they would like to exchange or return the product

We will only exchange unused products. The customer must pay the postage and handling costs incurred in returning the product.

■ The product is defective

We take the greatest care in shipping and to ensure product quality, but we will exchange a defective item with new product. We will pay for the postage costs incurred in returning the product.

◾︎ Returns and exchanges are not accepted for damaged products

◾︎ When returning the product, please carefully pack it by wrapping in a towel or inserting them into a case.

◾︎ If there is a defect in our sharpening, please contact us within seven days. Contact received after this period will not be eligible for our response.
